The main objective of this work package is to establish and maintain smooth and effective governance of the DIREKT consortium to ensure an efficient progression of the project toward its planned objectives and contractual commitments. A structure for efficient legal, financial, and ethical project management and administration will be organized, fulfilling the requirements of the European Commission.
